This service is available to HDB residents of Jurong East – Bukit Batok GRC (which covers areas in Hong Kah North, Bukit Batok, Bukit Batok East, Yuhua and Clementi) and Jurong Central SMC.

Remarks
Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply:

  • Limited to 1 trip per household per month
  • Up to a maximum of 3 bulky items per trip.
  • To avoid corridor obstruction, items must be placed outside your unit only on the scheduled collection day.
  • Do not leave your items at common areas on non-scheduled days such as:
    • Void decks
    • Lift lobbies
    • Staircase landings
    • Rear of HDB blocks
    • Centralized refuse chute areas
  • This service is available only from 2pm to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).

This service DOES NOT include:

  • Glass items (for safety purposes)
  • Marble items
  • Dismantling of items
  • Shifting of house
  • Clearing of renovation debris
  • Built-in/Large fixtures (e.g. 4ft cabinets, drawers, 3 door wardrobe and etc.)
  • Fish tank
  • Piano/Big musical instrument
  • Trade Refuse
  • *Any other item that is unable to fit into the lift.

Each household is limited to three (3) items once a month per trip. Items for removal must be placed outside the unit on the day of the appointment.
